How does the spiral work?
Inside the mixing chamber, two parallel mixing shafts equipped with broad spiral blades rotate synchronously in opposite directions. During operation, the spiral blades propel materials from both ends toward the center while creating converging currents in the central area. This intense counterflow motion subjects the materials to rapid shearing, convection, and diffusion in a short time, achieving fast and uniform mixing with clean and residue-free discharge.
What fields is it suitable for?
This mixing method offers strong versatility and is particularly suitable for bulk dry powders or granular materials that require high uniformity, such as:
